1-1 Precondition

• One piece of USB disk
• Must use the local monitor instead of web interface!

Remarks: the local monitor means the monitor which is connect to XVR directly.

1-2 Step by Step Instructions

(1) Insert the USB disk to XVR when the XVR is working.

(2) Find this interface below, the specific path: Homepage--Maintain--Network--Test

(3) select the right network card, click the “Sniffer Packet Backup” button and then the USB disk will record the printing information from XVR.

(4) Try to reproduce your issue, let USB dish record all of the info when the issue occurred.

(5) Pull out this USB disk when you finish, you will find one file(the file name please refer to the screenshot below) in USB disk, please send them to the HQ and we will solve your problem via analyze these files.

Collecting Printing Info

• XVR with firmware version V4.0 or higher.

1-2 Step by Step Instructions

1. Insert the USB disk to XVR
2. Restart XVR, when the XVR is working, the USB disk will record the printing information from XVR.
3. Try to reproduce your issue, let USB dish record all of the info when the issue occurred.
4. Pull out this USB disk when you finish, you will find two files(the files name please refer to the screenshot below) in USB disk, please send them to the HQ and we will solve your problem via analyze these files.
